it-economics is Top Company 2022

At the end of last year, it-economics was already one of the top employers in 2022 for medium-sized companies, determined by the business magazine Focus Business. The IT consultancy has now received another award and is one of around 5% of the most popular companies on kununu, making it the “Top Company 2022”.  

kununu is a platform on which employees and applicants can anonymously rate their employers in categories such as culture, benefits or salary using 1-5 stars.

Since 2013, 156 employees and applicants have rated it-economics with an average of 4,5 stars. This puts the company well above the industry average of 3,8 stars. In addition, around 95% of the assessors recommend it-economics as an employer.

The kununu compass, which measures the culture in the company, shows that it-economics as to ensure is assessed. Satisfaction with the corporate culture is 4,5 out of 5 points. The value of the culture compass is made up of four dimensions of corporate culture: work-life balance, dealing with each other, leadership and strategic direction. it-economics is above the industry average in all areas.
