We were once again recognized by Great Place To Work as the best employer in Bavaria and in the ICT (information and communication technology) sector in Germany.  

Unlike other competitions, Great Place To Work does not only conduct audits, but rather lets the employees have their say. In anonymous surveys, they can assess topics such as credibility, pride, camaraderie, respect and fairness. In addition, a culture audit is carried out, during which the management is interviewed on, for example, personnel issues.

Our strength lies above all in team cohesion, confirmed by around 93% of our employees. The sense of togetherness is lived across all levels, whether remotely or on site. Our diversity initiative is also noticeable in the survey results. We can proudly say that 99% of our colleagues feel they are treated fairly. So we don't call our team One Team for nothing - cohesion is very important to us.
