Finding ideas is not waiting for a sudden flash of inspiration, but a creative process that can be learned. With “Design Thinking”, a new approach has been on the market for several years now and is gaining increasing popularity.
The success of Design Thinking is based on its interdisciplinary concept, user-centred approach and the early development of prototypes. Unlike many other creativity methods, special attention is paid not only to the structure of the process, but also to the selection of the creative team and the working environment.
that’s what this training is all about:
In our training you will go through the complete process of a Design Thinking project under the guidance of experienced trainers and get to know methods and tools in practical exercises.
In a structured process, the target groups and their needs are analyzed. In a creative work process, innovative solutions based on these needs are then developed and tested directly with the users using prototypes.
You will not only learn how to apply Design Thinking in the development of products or services, but also how to analyse and develop creative solutions for other challenges of your company.
