Advanced Scrum Certifications
qualification for the entire crew
In this in-service training programme, which lasts between 14 weeks and up to one year depending on the individual learning speed, practically active Scrum Masters or Product Owners can deepen their expertise and take the next step towards becoming a Certified Scrum Professional® by acquiring the A-CSM or A-CSPO certificate. This is the basis for all further certifications such as Certified Team Coach®, Certified Enterprise Coach® or Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®).
The “Certified Scrum Professional” is the last step of the “Path to CSP” training series of the Scrum Alliance. This is an innovative blended learning programme in which you determine your own path and the sequence of the content.
As our Advanced Scrum certifications are designed as a remote blended learning programme, they are NOT affected by the current developments around Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and will take place as usual.
However, we see the current situation not only as a challenge, but also as an opportunity: Therefore, we will additionally address possibilities and examples for remote collaboration in the team. As a participant, you will build up additional know-how that is particularly useful at the moment.
Advanced Certified ScrumMaster
With this programme, you will learn methodological diversity, flexibility and techniques that promote a positive dialogue between all stakeholders online during the project. You will respond confidently to a wide range of obstacles, expand your scope beyond your team towards the organisation and develop an agile leadership style that suits you.
Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner
In this training, you will learn how to deal with stakeholders who are competing with each other through multiple business initiatives in order to align them towards common goals. You will establish a clear, focused product vision and learn helpful techniques to express and prioritise product backlog items.
