The aim is to implement SEPA in an international insurance group in order to meet the requirements for a single euro payments area from 1st of February 2014. In the process, national procedures will be replaced by SEPA credit transfers and SEPA direct debits.

Our responsibilities

  • Management of the SEPA In-/Ex-Collection project, the SEPA PMO and requirements and test management in the project
  • Analysis of existing processes and systems in the SEPA InExKasso and SEPA Sach projects
  • Implementation of the complex, legal SEPA requirements in a heterogeneous system landscape (e.g. pre-notification)
  • Design of the processes for the mandate management and implementation as well as the legacy systems
  • Establishment of a uniform test methodology for the requirements using HP Quality Center
  • Planning and control of systematic tests of all requirements in a heterogeneous IT environment
  • Setup and operation of the SEPA PMO to support program management by creating LA documents, budget overviews, evaluations from Planview and HP Demand
