Within this project the SEPA readiness of the payment transaction application was established. This includes the technical (availability, performance) as well as the functional aspects required to replace the existing domestic payment transactions.

  • Project management: planning, staffing and controlling of design, development and test phases
  • Business analysis: Establishment of the requirement engineering process, coordination and documentation of the business requirements
  • Test management: prioritization, planning of test periods and environments, controlling of the testing and fixing process in several parallel iterative outputs
  • Active support of the maintenance and operations departments during the introduction and load of the new system
