The initiative supports the global consolidation of data centers and creates the conditions for virtualized shared services within the group. During the migration a uniform VoIP solution is rolled out worldwide. Organizational anchoring of the program in the Group’s Global Shared Service Center. Supporting the transformation of this organizational unit and managing the interface to internal Group customers.
