The aim of the project is the digitalization of nine service routes for customers of an internationally operating insurance company in order to offer faster, more convenient and cheaper online services. The digital services will be available not only to customers but also to brokers and agents in order to increase the reach of the applications significantly. This goal is achieved in an agile implementation center using state-of-the-art technologies and a hybrid cloud architecture that is scalable at any time.
