A manufacturer of industrial laboratory equipment is switching the development of the control software for its gas and liquid chromatographs to agile procedures, with a strong focus on Large Scale Scrum (LeSS). A total of about 80 people at 3 locations are restructuring their working methods. The manufacturer is supported by it-economics through team and individual training as well as through coaching and moderation during the so-called lift-off phase.

  • Conduct interactive workshops on agile fundamentals with LEGO simulations
  • Coaching in preparation for the agile transition
  • Moderation of several liftoff workshops at the beginning of the agile transition
  • Accompanying advice as required
