As a Preferred Partner, we support a part of the operational organization at the headquarters of an international insurance group in Germany in the definition and implementation of agile working forms and structures in an all-round conventional and waterfall-oriented environment. In a cross-sectional organization, new agile roles, methods and project communication were trained, coached and successfully implemented in a pilot project.

  • Moderation of sprint retrospectives
  • Support and coaching of the Scrum Team and non-agile interfaces
