In this project we support an international insurance group as preferred partner in the agilization of its processes. The Agile Training Center (ATC) program at the Munich and Stuttgart locations comprises 8 projects with a total of about 150 employees. As agile trainer, coach and scrum master we support our customer in the introduction of agile process models and development methods such as test-driven development and continuous integration.

Our responsibilities

  • Teaching of agile project management methods (creation of user stories, agile estimation, backlog refinement)
  • Teaching agile development methods (Pair Programming, Test Driven Development, Test First, Continuous Integration)
  • Preparation and execution of scrum meetings (Backlog Grooming, Estimation Meeting, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review)
  • Moderation of sprint and release retrospectives
  • Content-related cooperation to accompany and coaching of the team members
