The aim of the project is to continuously and sustainably secure the performance of the cross-line of business portfolio data platform along the gradual expansion of the system over several years in the environment of the insurance group.
The ‘virtual power plant’ of a German energy company networks decentralized energy producers and consumers and thus enables central control of the plants. This aggregation also enables smaller plants to participate in the balancing energy market and also provides access to other modern forms of marketing. Thanks to the complete in-house development, our customer can react quickly and efficiently to market changes and integrate almost any type of plant – CHP, gas turbines, biogas plants, wind turbines, solar panels and industrial consumers.
The goal is a high-quality, transparent planning & processing of three BGH rulings (12.10.2005, class action 2007, 14.11.2012) taking into account findings, of internally used PMI methodology and the test management procedure and line capacities. Based on the Six Sigma approach and the ISO standards 9000 ff. the quality management was rolled out. Everything is planned and documented on the SharePoint in an audit-proof manner.
The goal is the area-wide introduction of agile methods in application development and maintenance at a computer center operating for over 800 banks. Initially, an agile competence center will be established, which will iteratively plan and implement the further procedure. Based on the experience gained in the conversion of selected pilot projects, a gradual rollout will be carried out over several years. Depending on the situation, Scrum or Kanban is used, supplemented by other agile approaches if necessary.
An IT service provider in the financial sector wants to use Camunda as BPE (Business Process Engine). As part of this changeover, the framework, which is addressed by business departments when implementing processes, is optimized for user-friendliness. Using a modeler, processes can be graphically modeled and very easily linked to the program logic. The processes connected by the framework run distributed in a docker cloud.
A process-supporting component for orders in the banking procedure was created for the bank-specific application of a core banking system. The administration of these basic components as well as the execution/runtime architecture of the new process-supporting component for orders was implemented. The freely configurable wizards allow you to either temporarily store the data entered or write it to the bank procedure.
The aim of the project is to implement the requirements of a building society and the affiliated credit bank so that SEPA is used in the agree® BAP modules of these partners. Thereby the national procedures are replaced by SEPA credit transfers and SEPA direct debits. Furthermore, general extensions as well as current requirements of the legislator are incorporated and new data/tariff deliveries are enabled.
Within this project, a new intranet portal for about 3,500 employees and the content from the existing system will be migrated automatically into the new system.
The aim of the project is to process all calculations for major customers of an energy group via a central backend system. On the one hand, this makes it possible to handle the enormously increasing calculation volume without additional personnel costs, and on the other hand, to track, report and centrally control all calculations. The system is used to handle over 90% of natural gas sales for major customers. It forms the digital basis which enables large customers to order natural gas directly over the Internet.
The Bank’s IT strategy is subject to an annual adaptation process. The ECB’s review of the Bank’s IT strategy has revealed a number of issues which require a complete revision of the IT strategy, the strategic guidelines and the IT master plan. This includes ensuring alignment with the Group IT strategy and the business strategies of the individual business areas, as well as taking into account the latest relevant technology trends.
