We are “One Team”, which means for us not only to pull together but also to support each other. Good teamwork is the basis in our projects, which is why we usually do not send consultants to our customers alone.
In our customer relationship we pay attention to a cooperation at eye level, only in this way can we create trust and develop into a Trusted Advisor. In addition to knowledge, experience, decision-making power and intelligence, qualities such as charisma, presence, relevance, proximity, absolute trust and independence are essential for development into a Trusted Advisor.
For the greatest possible freedom of action, we are organized in value streams outside our projects. In our Value Streams, company-wide teams are formed which take on end-to-end responsibility for a topic, e.g. RPA, Cloud or Atlassian Tools. Accordingly, the teams continue to educate themselves, build competence and further develop our products in their field. In this way, we create personal responsibility and increase the opportunities to get involved in the further development of it-economics.

Everyday work – what is everyday life like at it-economics?
As a company we are agile, which means flat hierarchies, a lot of responsibility and a fast implementation speed.
Average age – how old are it-economics employees on average?
Your age is irrelevant to us – currently we are on average in our mid-30s.
Women – what does it-economics do for gender equality?
With our “women@it-e” initiative, we specifically promote women in the consulting profession and are aiming for 50%.
Home office – Can I also work mobile?
Basically we are consultants who sit with our customers as Trusted Advisors. But in consultation with the project manager and the customer, there is the possibility to work remote.
Mentoring – What does the mentoring program include?
Personal growth requires reflection and exchange – within the framework of our mentoring program, we want to give every employee room for this. Our HR department selects a suitable mentor in consultation with the potential manager. Mentoring is based on a partnership hierarchy between mentor and mentee, which is given by the knowledge and development advantage of the mentor. Both sides should benefit from a mutual learning and communication relationship.
