"The kununu score of 4,5, the NEW WORK certificate and the very positive assessment of our corporate culture show that we are on the right track as an employer and that we are above the industry average in many areas." says Petra Ozimek, CHRO at it-economics.

"We are very pleased with the high level of satisfaction among our employees - especially against the background of the ongoing Corona crisis. The pandemic has presented us with numerous challenges in recent months. It was particularly important to us that our employees are also integrated into teams when working remotely and feel comfortable with their work,” emphasizes Ozimek.

"As part of a specially founded working group and based on an internal survey of all colleagues, new "Way of Working" standards for it-economics were therefore launched. Among other things, with improved, more flexible overtime regulations as well as a hybrid work and an adapted vacation model. Due to the ongoing remote situation, health-related topics also remain in focus. We try very hard to provide our employees with the widest possible range of offers such as online fitness courses, urban sports club memberships or health care in cooperation with the Helios clinics for individual selection. Subsidies for childcare or the assumption of hours lost by parents due to the lockdown remain an important support for our employees and thus also for us as an employer," explains Petra Ozimek.
