What makes your team?
My current team is quite small and consists of 4 people in total. We have a very big camaraderie. We support each other. If you have any questions, everyone is happy to help and we maintain open communication.
Why did you choose this job?
On the one hand, I really liked the fact that current technologies are used. On the other hand, it was extremely important to me that Scrum is used as one of the leading tools at it-economics.
What challenges are you facing?
The challenge is making the plans and sticking to them. Because agility also brings in other urgent topics, which then need to be reprioritized.
